Our very own Renae Green, Shift Leader, is making a notable impact on the lives of our residents, while inspiring other staff to do the same! She is one of the many Autumn View Gardens care givers training in Teepa Snow's POSITIVE APPROACH™ - a progressive therapy for helping seniors and their families recognize and manage the early signs of memory change.
Autumn View Gardens has been blessed with Renae’s servitude for over 15 years! Her calm demeanor and focus on customer service make her a favorite amongst residents and families alike.
Through her years at Autumn View Gardens, Renae has developed empathy for the residents who reside at our community, specifically those suffering from dementia related illnesses. As a Teepa Snow POSITIVE APPROACH™ learner, she feels encouraged to use this approach to better serve the residents, even those with mild dementia.

Their sense of reality is very different from mine but it's real to them. I pray constantly for help in doing what is good toward others!”
